how to turn on windows defender in win 8.1

Search for Windows Defender in the Start menu.

Next, go to Settings tab and then to Administrator sub tab.

Just check the Turn On box and you are good to go.

Depending on what else is installed it'll disable it. I know Iobit malware fighter disables it. If this is installed uninstall it first
