how to turn on wireless using usb keyboard for the laptop because my keboard is broken on the latop

The keyboard combo for turning on the wireless using the laptop keyboard may just be a shortcut. Have a look at the wireless devices properties and any utilities associated with it for another way of switching it on (for example by ticking a box within a window)

Otherwise only solution will be to replace faulty laptop keyboard or add a new external wireless adapter (USB or PCMCIA).
