How to turn pc into wifi hotspot(whole pc)

I have an access point.I want to know wheather ,I can sent files to pc and vice versa through airdroid,Xender such apps???From all this,I meant Can I use a wifi router/AP as an alternative to a wifi adapter?

The title of this thread and the text in the post are contradictory. The title would ask how to make a PC an access point, but in the body of the post you say you already have an access point.

If you want to know if you can have a PC wired into a network and use an access point from an Android device, the answer is yes. They should all be on a single network, so file access should be possible.
