Ok, I have an Asus Sabertooth P67 Mobo with a I7-2600K and 16 GB of Corsair Vengeance memory in a CoolerMaster 932 Advanced case with a Corsair H100 liquid cooler (2x 120mm fans).

After 4 years I recently replaced my assist fan and noticed that my pump is making quite a bit of noise. I'm in the process of getting another cooler.

In the meantime I was thinking about putting the stock cooler back on but do not wish to do so while OC'd.

I have X.M.P. enabled in the BIOS which OCs my CPU at 4.3GHz @ 1.396V and my memory at 1600 Mhz @ 1.500V. Idle CPU temps are about 19C and full load using Prime95 are 50C for the first 15mins then up to 65C and then back down to about 50C.

I don't know how to undo the OC. The BIOS has 3 settings fro AI OC Tuner: Auto, Manual and X.M.P.

Switching it to Auto or Manual does not undo the OC.

The settings are the same for both Auto and Manual.
BCLK/PCIE Freq = 100.0
Turbo Ration = By All Cores (Can Adj in OS)
By All Cores = 43

What do I change to undo the OC. Restoring the Defaults for the BIOS only undid the OC for the Memory putting it back to 677MHz by Setting Memory Freq to Auto. And set the AI OC Tuner back to Auto.

Ok, I solved my own issue. The option was not on the AI OC Tuner tab but on the Advanced Tab under CPU. It was Turbo Mode. Even after resetting the BIOS this is set to Auto which the Mobo detects the K series CPU and sets it on. Disabling this setting got the CPU back to its un-OC 3.4 GHz @ 1.246 V.

Have you tried just pulling the memory battery to reset the CMOS to all stock default settings?

It's like an oversized watch battery somewhere on your Mobo. Pull the power plug on your psu. Pull this battery. Hold the power button on your tower down for 15-30 seconds. Plug in battery and cord and check.
