I saw your other post. Your solution is to get a new CPU cooler. Yes you can cap the power consumption during turbo boost etc, but you’re basically hobbling your cpu to suit a subpar cooler.
Edit. I should also add that the CPU is designed to hit 90C. There are power tiers for 70, 80, and 90C in precision boost overdrive. Fitting a better cooler will help sustain higher clocks. But based on your other post, 90C under load is well within spec for the stock cooler. Once again, limiting the power delivery to target an arbitrary temp with your stock cooler is counterproductive.
Feel free to turn off Core Performance Boost and Precision Boost Overdrive though (under Tweaker menu) if it’s turned on by default.
