Question How to undervolt the CPU ?

Hi....
I have ryzen 5 3600 and you know that I should undervolt it to get lower temps.
I tried to do this so I changed the voltage and the pc stopped booting so I cleared cmos. so now I want to know how to undervolt it?
I have asus tuf b450 plus gaming. I don't understand what is offset or + - can you tell me?

Offset adds or subtracts from the VID voltage through the entire frequency/vid table. Adaptive add or subtracts only in turbo mode. Adaptive would be useful for undervolting so you are able to stay stable at idle and lower clocks so you do not crash from too low of a voltage. Negative adaptive would reduce the turbo voltage but leave the idle voltage untouched.

When I stress the cpu the temp goes to 94c
But I undervolted the cpu at ryzen master but didnot touch the ratio and stress it.
I got 85c
Without losing any mhz

If you're seeing 94C, then the problem lies elsewhere.

What is the cooling situation like?

Using reith stealth cooler and cooler master thermal paste
Can you Tell how to undervolt my cpu from 1.42 to 1.25 at bios
I tried this at ryzen master and it's stable but I don't know how to undervolt it from bios

I am saying...you are trying to apply the wrong solution to the problem.

Your CPU should NOT require undervolting to run at acceptable temp levels.
Something else is wrong.

I'd hazard a guess that either the CPU fan is not installed properly, or the thermal paste is too thick.

I'd recommend removing the cooler, cleaning the existing paste completely, reapply paste in the proper amount, and reinstalling the CPU fan.

I did that today the temps were worse I changed the stock cpu thermal paste and reinstalled cooler in stress test nothing changed but while gaming the temps become alot better dropped from 10c to 15c
But everyone says that this cpu the ryzen 5 3600 should undervolt so that's why iam asking how to undervolt at asus tuf b450 plus gaming motherboard if you know please tell me
