Question How to undo recovery disk

Hi,
Some time ago i turn our external hard disk to recovery disk, but the problem is it reduce it to size to 32Gb from 1T.
Now i would like to turn it back to 1T /and get rid off the recovery/, but i cant, and now here comes you, the heroes.
Please, any advice on how to do undo it? Thanks!

Disk Management should be able to delete whatever partitions are on it, so you can start over.
Failing that, the commandline function diskpart and the clean command.

Just find out about the cmd process, gonna try out and see the result.
Overall i try to format it back in disk manager and set it to NTFS.

No, you need to go deeper, and delete the existing partition(s).

so deleting partitions /like here/ and reformating the disk should solve the problem? Or i need to go even deeper?
