I found a virus in boot drive.Its preventing my printer from working and i cant install it.Ive tried f10,that didnt work

You found a virus --- Did you remove it ? Is your computer now clean, according to your scans ? Even at that, you can never be sure you are not infected.

Once you think your system is ok, delete the printer, then reinstall it.
