how to uninstall video driver. when uninstalling and reboot they reinstall by them selfs. how to uninstall and keep them from reinstalling? so I can install manually.

how to stop it from reinstalling itself after uninstall? so I can reinstall manually

I think you should remove through DDU and see if it reinstalls again, then we can come to that discussion. Usually DDU removes it completely, as I had mentioned earlier.

after using ddu in safe mode after reboot. do I reboot back into safe mode to install the driver or back to regular desktop to install the driver?

alright I used ddu. now my gtx 770 is not under device manager and under display adapters its now showing. howto fix?

You need to install the relevant drivers of the card for the pc to recognize the card.
