how to unlock hard disk drive that windows in in?

In Windows 8.1, I tried to refresh my laptop and it says "The drive where Windows is at is locked, Unlock the drive and try again"..How can I Unlock?

Tried to "refresh" your laptop? What program says the drive is locked? What exactly are you trying to do?

I did try refresh and thats where it says "The drive where Windows is at is locked, Unlock the drive and try again"...Plus its in Automatic Repair I assume because its Locked...Acer v5 Windows 8.1 laptop

I have the blue screen with command promp that I can only use...Its cannot restore either

I don't understand what you mean by refresh your laptop. I was looking for you to tell me what was wrong with it, and what you were doing trying to fix it.
