How to unlock the bios

I have American Mega trends Bios Version 5.18. How do I unlock the bios to get into CMOS?

I don't know about any "unlocking", but the bios can be accessed by pressing Delete, ESC, F1, F2 or whatever is indicated when you power up the machine to be pressed in order to enter setup. You should begin pressing that indicated key immediately and repeatedly upon powering on the unit. What exactly are you trying to do?
