Question how To unzip Asus bios update?

I need to download new bios so I can run my new i9 9600k cpu and cannot figure out how to unzip the cap file from Asus website and help would be appreciated.

Who said the .cap file needs to be unzipped? I think that's probably the actual BIOS file.
