Question How to update bad Bios on a gpu

Card wasn't working very good random restarts gtx1080 one reported a issue so I took it out but same problem so I changed that to another and it was still doing it so I decide to flash the Bios but now within seconds it's turning turning off so ultimately went to my rx 580 from another system and unbelievably all is perfect no restarts no devices with errors no freezes, during the process I sourced another CPU to test with different PSU same issue so that backs up it being the GPU but why how all three failing at different times one after the other and more importantly how can I refash the cards if they instantly restart the system

I would try to use it as a secondary GPU in the system, see if you can boot with the RX 580 (or other working GPU) as the primary.
