[SOLVED] How To Update BIOS For The MSI MPG Z390I Gaming Edge AC Mobo?

I've got my heart set on an MSI MPG Z390I (or MPG Z390M) Gaming Edge AC mATX mobo for my upcoming build, but I've heard tell that one needs to update the BIOS before installing Windows 10 via USB key? I intend on having my boot drive dual boot Win10 and Linux Mint, mind you. But to be safe, how does one go about updating the BIOS of the motherboard before installing any OS on it, in this case?
