How to update bios on an XFX 750i SLI motherboard

I know it sounds simple but I can't find anywhere how to update the bios for this motherboard.

I found a Xeon X5470 already modified for me and also have updated the microcode for the bios for this motherboard but I am stuck in just how to update to the new bios.

BIOS this might help hope it does
to access the bios hammer the delete key before system boots up as soon powered on
have a fresh formatted FAT32 USB stick download the bios from motherboard manufacturer only stick the bios you just downloaded on the USB stick recommend at least 2 bios's even if old re-boot press the delete button repeatedly to get into your bios select system then update bios select usb device flash it leave it to do its thing then you should be good with your new bios
if done wrong will brick your motherboard

I know how to get into the bios, that.s how I found out I had an ami bios.
"select system then update bios select usb device flash it"
If I knew how to do this exactly I wouldn't have asked. So what are the steps? I put the bios file onto the fat32 stick then get into bios and do what exactly?
