How to update BIOS on ASRock 990FX Extreme4?

Point is, they told me that I needed to update my BIOS. I built my computer 1 week ago and the BIOS I have is the default one coming with the motherboard. I can tell it is a few years old because it has bad video resolution and old images that you can tell are from 2010 or before. I searched on the AsRock page for the BIOS downloads and found many. I'm not sure which one is the right one since some say that the OS is for Windows 8 so I'm not sure if it will work on my Windows 7 Ultimate. Please tell me which download is the right one and how to update the BIOS on my motherboard. Thank you!

Download the one, version 2.00 is under window method, and also read " how to update BIOS.
