How to update BiOS on MSI-760GM-P23

Hi,so i recently bought AMD FX-6300 (Processor) so the salesman told me that i need to update my BiOS ( My currently BIOS; http://prntscr.com/9uiopi ) and i dont know how to do that,so i was wondering can someone explain to me step by step,or send me some kind of tutorial...

17.1 is Beta BIOS from 2009.
H.H is latest version.

After doing this i can put AMD FX -6300 on my motherboard, And it will work fine?

CPU Support List shows FX-6300 is compatible since BIOS Version H.B.
