Question how to update bios on windows 10

I am trying to update my bios but every time i go to do the actual process my computer just sits there, or if i restart into command prompt and try to change directories to the USB drive it says drive not available/ can not run program
p.s i am running a 64 bit version of windows 10 with a dp67de intel motherboard.
P.P.S I am using the flash method
