Question How to update bios version of CMB H-61 Motherboard

dude i have a consistent cmb h-61 motherboard It has bios bersion 4.6.5 How to update my bios how do i choose the bios version ???
Cause there is no drivers for that motherboard in its website...

If there is No BIOS Update from the manufacturer then you can't Update it.
