I lately swapped my CPU for a new one (G4560) and for some reason it's only detecting 1 core out of 4 (2 with Hyper Threading), so I imagined it might be needed to update the chipset drivers, but for some reason I can't get them to update, nor with Driver Easy nor with Device Manager, in device manager it says the driver is up to date even though it's on version 10.1.1.45, and the latest version is 11.7.0.1057.

I even tried downloading the chipset drivers from the Asus website and installing them but it doesn't seem to change anything whatsoever. And nothing seems to fix the issue with my CPU only using 1 out of 4 cores.

Check msconfig boot section.
Number of processors check-box should be unchecked.

Well, I must admit I find myself quite confused. The first thing I checked when I saw that issue was msconfig, I went into boot and checked advanced options to see if everything was okay, 'Number of processors' was checked and the max number was 1, and 'Maximum memory' was unchecked. After that one time I checked it a few more times just to make sure, and everything was unchecked, after you told me to do it I went there once more time and for some reason both were checked, this time with 'Number of processors' having a 2 instead of a 1, and 'Maximum memory' was checked at 256, I unchecked both and now everything is working fine.

Either you are magical or my computer is straight up trolling me.
