i recently shipped my desktop and when everything is plugged in the monitor says no signal entering power saving mode, i've tried plugging in 3 monitors all have the same message.
i have followed the following all to no avail:
I have also reset the CMOS by taking out the motherboards battery and placing it back in.
what should i do?

What are the specs on your system?
How is your monitor connected?
XFX Speedster SWFT 319 AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT CORE Gaming Graphics Card with 16GB GDDR6 HDMI 3xDP, AMD RDNA 2 RX-69XTAQFD9
64GB Ram
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12-core, 24-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor
ASUS Prime X570-P Ryzen 3 AM4 with PCIe Gen4, Dual M.2 HDMI, SATA 6GB/s USB 3.2 Gen 2 ATX Motherboard

i tried conencting HDMI to graphics to motherboard and GPU, as well as DP to GPU

When you connected it to HDMI on the motherboard, did you make sure to select the correct input on your monitor? Sometimes they are picky and don't switch automatically.

While still connected to HDMI on mobo, do you see the ASUS splash screen for the BIOS at all?
i've selected digital and analog manually on the monitor that let me. however when connected BIOS does not pop up.

I presume that all was working when you shipped the pc.
If so, there is some mechanical or hardware problem and you need to sort that out.
Question your assumptions.
See that each cable is securely connected where it should be.

Look at your cpu cooler and how it was connected. Did it come loose.
When diagnosing hardware issues, one may need to resort to "breadboarding"
Take all parts out of the case.
