When i go to device manager and check all of them manually,it says they're all up to date.3d party programs tell me i need to update a few intel drivers and crap, windows update does nothing, downloaded official Intel driver program which says its up to date. Why is this crap so confusing ?

I just need to keep everything perfect, its my obsession.

Is ther a program that is 100% viable and actually downloads the latest drivers for everything and does not require payment.

no, as they often get it wrong. The only safe ones come from the people who make the hardware

but you can identify what you have with the program below

you can download and run Driverview - http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/driverview.html

All it does is looks at drivers installed; it won't install any (this is intentional as 3rd party driver updaters often get it wrong)

When you run it, go into view tab and set it to hide all Microsoft drivers, will make list shorter.

and if you need help with finding newer ones...

You can take a screenshot from (and including)Driver name to (and including)Creation date.

upload it to an image sharing website and show link here

All I would do is look at driver versions (or dates if you lucky to have any) to see what might have newer versions.

best program for intel drivers is https://www.intel.com.au/content/www/au/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html
best place for motherboard drivers is the maker of motherboard
best place for realtek lan drivers is https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/network-interface-controllers-10-100-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software
best place for realtek audio depends. (its complicated)
I can probably find most drivers, but I have been doing this a while now.
