So yeah, how do i update a mother board , this mother board for gpu? Thanks in advance guys!

Go to the ECS support site, look for a BIOS update for your model and run it. That won't guarantee that something will start working on it but it will at least give it the best chance to work.

that motherboard has a PCIe x16 Gen. 3.0 slot.
you shouldn't need to do anything for the GPU to work.
just plug the GPU into it.

But if you run into any issues, can of course update the BIOS downloaded from here
