How to update intel G33/31 motherboard bios

i want to update the intel G33/31 series motherboard, bios please tell me the procedure & from where i download the latest bios for that mobo?

If the motherboard is oem from dell, gateway, etc. then I don't recommend it. Bios updates for those old boards rarely permit you to run newer cpus. And if the flash goes poorly, you could end up with a non functioning pc (dead motherboard). If you built the pc, please list the manufacturer and model number of the board.

And if you built the computer yourself, instructions for updating the BIOS will be in the motherboard manual.

Most of the time the only reason you really ever want to update the BIOS is if there is something that is not working correctly or there is a fix in that version for a feature that you use. This is because Like o1die said you could end up with a dead motherboard.

If it is working fine the way it is now I would recommend leaving it be.
