I just bought i5 9400f

Manual sais that the motherboard requires BIOS update to run 9th generation cpu.
My question is how can i update it?
Is it possible that it would bring me to the bios and then to install the update. Or i should call my friend to bring me i3 6100 and then update? Parts are not here yet that is why I'm asking this first. I want to be prepared.
