Question How to update my BIOS of GA-AB350-Gaming ?

Got this GA-AB350-Gaming mobo with Ryzen 5 1500X, its on F4 version of BIOS from way back in 2017, unsure and what ones I have to update to first etc.

Why do you need to update the BIOS.

You will get different opinions on this but mine is if it's not broke don't try to fix it.

If your not having problems a bad flash can brick your board and a good flash has nothing to fix.

Having really bad stutters/freezes in games. And being on a version from 2017 I dont think is good.
