How to update Phoenix Award Bios v6.00PG

If I got to the phoenix website, they redirect me to a 3rd party application, which turns out that I have to pay for. Thanks!

BIOS updates must be obtained from the computer or motherboard manufacturer. The BIOS as supplied by Phoenix must be customized by the computer or motherboard manufacturer to the hardware in the system.

If you have a laptop go to the website of the firm that sells the laptop. Look for your laptop model there.
If you have a Desktop-PC, find out which Mainboard you have installed, then search the mainboard manufacturer's site for a bios update for that mainboard.
