How to update the bios

pls tell me that how can i update my pegatron ipm41-d3 matherboards bios.iam not getting anything on google.iam having a update of 2010.
my specs are: intel pdc e5800,2gb ram, intel gma 4500(m)graphics,pegatron ipm41-d3 motherboard

It a pretty old chipset, I don't think they are going to update it anymore.

found only one rom file for that mb. IPM41105.ROM if your having issue it may be time to upgrade.

i also found this on pegatron website but i don't know that how to update or how to use this .ROM file.

some mb inside have a bios updater.put the file on a usb stick and let the bios updater read the rom file. some older mb have a 3 party dos bios updater..put on a bootable usb/floppy disk.
