How to update Windows 10 without internet connection

I haven't updated my Windows 10 for a long while and I can't update my Nvidia driver because of it(having no internet I also downloaded the GPU drivers on an online computer).

I looked around the internet for solutions and I found effective ways but I prefer to be specific here.
My Windows 10 version is 1703, I need an update for now so that I can update my GPU driver. But will definitely use other updates which may require the latest Windows 10 build.

From a working PC, create a new Win 10 USB or DVD install
Here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Boot from that, and it will give you the option to 'Update' your PC that is offline.
