Hey, I built a PC a while back and with Black Friday nearing I wanted to upgrade my CPU. At the moment I have an Intel Pentium G4560. If I were to upgrade what would I need to do, I know obviously take it out and put the new one in, but would I have to do something with the BIOS. also someone told me I would need a new mother board, but if I’m getting a cpu with the same socket surely I don’t need to?

One last thing would a motherboard, ram and cpu bundle be more worth it?!?
