What budget do you have?

To give better current specs,

download hwinfo,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
in the main window at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "Summary for Clipboard",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
copy by clicking "copy to clipboard" and rightclick+paste in your next respons

I'm guessing your PC is one of those prebuilt machines you just grab off the shelves at any department store. While you could upgrade it by slapping a decent GPU (that can fit into the case) and maybe upgrading the PSU if your PC doesn't boot; I'd say your best bet is to just buy a gaming PC at a store or online (ebay has some pretty decent machines for decent prices) or just build one entirely.

I'm sad to say that I concur with the others here. Upgrading this system is a complete non-starter; it's a BTX motherboard so you can't even put it in a new case. It uses a proprietary power supply. And it's not even a consumer PC; it's a point-of-sale PC with the connections for a cash register!
