How to upgrade HP Elite 8200 PSU?

Hi, I recently bought an HP Elite 8200 CMT, a Radeon HD 7970, and a 750w psu. I was hoping to replace the psu and the gpu in the base pc with the parts listed. When the pc was delivered I looked inside the case and there wasn't a 20/24 pin connector on the mobo, but there was a 6 pin connector along with another flat 6 pin connector. I have already researched this problem a lot and it looks like there is no way to connect a common atx psu to this mobo! If anyone would help I would greatly appreciate it.

those flat connectors are very old, AT type power supply, send a picture because I can't beleive you purchase a Pentium 1 computer.

I would replace the motherboard with an ATX retail boxed one. (Socket LGA 1155)

Well I was looking into it and I think I may just go with a dual psu setup, and have my new 750w psu hooked up to only the gpu while the stock psu runs the rest of the system. Can you see any reasons why this wouldn't work, or will I be ok?
