How to upgrade Operating system with GIGABYTE APP Center?

I am trying to upgrade my pc from windows 10 32 bit to windows 10 64 bit. I was having trouble with opening my bios setting but i heard about the GIGABYTE App Center and I want to know if I could use that to upgrade my OS. Can it work? if it does can someone explain me how to do it I havent done this before so any help will be appreciated!

unfortunately there is no upgrade from a 32 to a 64bit os.clean install time,so back up what you want to keep.

i have.. I just dont know how to install the 64 bit windows that I have in my flashdrive in BIOS

so,if you have burned it to usb then restart your computer and go to boot menu.select the usb device to boot to and follow the install instructions.it should go to an install screen where you have the option to delete partitions and install.post back if you have any problems with this.

no I'm having trouble going into my BIOS settings. But someone told me about the Gigabyte APP Center and I would like to know if I can do what you just said on there instead?
