Then you mean system software updates, not BIOS updates. Sony don't release BIOS updates for their games consoles AFAIK.

Latest system software update (May 30, 2017): https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/system-updates/ps4/

You won't be able to get it on CD from anywhere - - - you make your own CD if that's the method you want to use.
All is explained on the update download page.
