How to upgrade to Windows 8

Hi...I want to know the procedure that how do i install Windows 8 free version in my Lenova G580 Laptop. Currently i am having Windows 7 Ultimate Service pack 1 ,32 bit and please let me know from where i can download windows 8 full version free download

There is no free version unless your pc came with a valid code to obtain it.
You could download a older RTM OF WIN 8.1 OR WINDOWS 6 but there are no free versions.. so if you got a free upgrade from lenova follow the directions to download your copy .. hope this helps
