Question How to upgrade Win 11

Hi!
So Im having problems understanding how to upgrade Win 11 from Win 10 to my personal PC.
My PC dosen't meet the requirements for Win 11 upgrade that much I can understand but how to do it is a different story. Im using Intel Core i7 - 6700K 4ghz CPU which is the problem to upgrading Win 11.
I don't want to do a clean Install just a upgrade from Win 10 to Win 11 if possible. What should I do or try?

So if there is a way in that tutorial can you point out it to me or if not can you give me a walkthrough what to do and where to install the Win 11 if not from Microsoft.

This is the primary problem since the methods used are overwhelmingly things you do during a clean install.

If you want to install Windows 11 on a non-compliant PC, yes.
