How to Upgrade

Hi, i wan't to upgrade my PC for gaming but don't know what is the best option. I've got around £500 to spend and don't know whether to go for internal hardware or a monitor or a combination of both. I was considering an upgrade to DDR4 by perhaps waiting for skyline or getting a new 144hz monitor. I use the PC for mainly gaming.

Current PC Specs:
RAM: 4GB DDR 3
GPU: ASUS GTX 760
CPU: AMD FX4100 Bulldozer Quad Core 4x3,6GH
MOBO: ASUS (unsure of specifics but max 4gb ram and 1 GPU slot)
Screens:1 1080p tv screen and 2x17" (ish) DELL.

nah leave the ddr4 be get something like i5 4690k and some good mobo

also 8 gigs of ram your gpu is pretty solid so Get something like 8 GB DDR3 ram from a good brand like corsair or g-skill etc..cpu like i5 4690k that is amazing for the price and you can overclock it later and some mobo like MSI Z97 PC Mate or MSI Z97 GAMING 5

If you have money go with asus maximus if u dont just go with something like i sent u
