I believe you will have to install windows onto your ssd and that will become your main drive. That is the only way IMO to ensure it is your boot drive and also for optimum performance. You do not have to delete anything on your hdd. Simply remove your hdd and install windows on the ssd then re install the programs one by one and make sure that large programs that do not need to be on the ssd are installed on the hdd. I recommend formatting your hdd after installing windows on the ssd and backing up important files, this is also for optimum performance and to remove all those windows system files that are now unnecessary.
