How to use BIOS flashback on an ASUS X399 mobo to support a TR2 processor?

I recently bought an ASUS X399 Gaming-E motherboard and planning to pair it with the Threadripper 2950X. I have not bought the CPU as yet and do have a feeling that the BIOS isn't updated to support the TR2 out of the box. I know that you can use BIOS flashback to update the BIOS without needing the CPU or a boot kit like the Ryzens, but I am trying to find info out there on how to do that but not seeing any.

So my question is, what exactly is the process of using the BIOS flashback in order to update your BIOS? Thank you for your feedback.
