how to use bluetooth reciver

I have a bluetooth headphone. recently somebody gifted mpow music receiver. I have a computer (the speakers were removed but jack are there in back and front panels). I also have a usb headphone for computer. The computer is not bluetooth enabled and my tv is smart tv but not bluetooth enabled. I do not know what should I do with the gifted bluetooth receiver. what can this be used for. detailed advice will be appreciated.

Connect the devices to the receiver with cables, use your bluetooth headphones to listen to them. Or get a bluetooth transmitter for your computer so you can connect to the receiver without wires.
