How to use both the video output from a graphics card and motherboard simultaneously?

Pretty much need to use the output from my motherboard and graphics for a monitor rig, my motherboard is a Gigabyte B150M-DS3H-CF and it uses an UEFI DualBios.

When you first turn the system on, mash the Delete key to enter BIOS setup. Navigate to the Chipset tab across the top, enable Internal Graphics, press F10 to save changes.
