I receieved a RocketRAID 620 from a friend and decided to make use of it since I'm in need of more SATA ports and this one has 2.
I connected two HDDs to it, but they won't show up on Disk Management or DiskPart.
The RocketRAID 620 Bios Utility will show up when I start the computer though, and they will list the two disks, similarly to the pictures in this pdf file, so the issue isn't the cables or the PCIE.

I have to initialize it for RAID, which means I also have to format these 6TB and 3TB disks that are almost full.
But I don't want RAID and I don't want to have to format it although I will consider replacing those large disk with my 1TB disks if I have to format it.
How do I make them show up on Disk Management or Windows?

What you want is JBOD mode, which it clearly supports, provided you're working with the 620 and not it's other variants.

Did you follow through this guide;

in order to install drivers for the RAID card?

I'd strap drives that have no specific(sentimental/mission critical)value when you're trying to troubleshoot the RAID card. Helps to understand how to work with things and not loose your important content in the process.
