Solution
Go to asus site to download it. Check the manual page 3-33/ 3-34, graphics configuration, to enable the cpu graphics multi-monitors. https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/MAXIMUS_VII_RANGER/HelpDesk_Manual/
If your CPU comes with the integrated GPU, and yes you can.
You need go to the graphics section in bios, set the iGPU is on something like that, check your MB manual. Use the dedicated graphics card boot the PC, then download and install the intel iGPU driver from the MB site or intel site. Then you can set the dual monitors, like http://www.techradar.com/us/news/computing-components/peripherals/the-complete-guide-to-multiple-monitors-1074313

Also keep in min most of GPU can support two monitors at least.

i lost my mb manual and i dont have any graphics section in bios.

oh dude im sorry i mistyped its viii ranger no vii
is it the same for that?

hmm i have a asus z170 pro gaming and also have igpu available, but when i try to instal the driver my windows crashes
