how can i configure (edimax ar-7286wna ) router to use it as access point ?

As you would do on every other router:
- disable DHCP; assign a static IP address to the LAN from master router' IP address range;
- configure WiFi
- connect LAN port of the Edimax to a LAN port of the master router
