Okay so I have Ethernet ports in my house’s walls and I don’t know how to use them 🤷‍♂️

You need to discover where the other end of that cable is.
We can go from there.

As per above they should all aggregate into a common area such as a basement or closet.

And if you can see the connecting cable(s) anywhere between the ethernet outlets and that common area look for what is printed on the cable's insulation. Things such as CATxxx, AWGxx, etc,
