I need to have my IMOU Ranger 2 Camera active 24/7, but do not want to use internet data quota. The camera will be ethernet cable to modem to 5.8GHz wifi. can i use Exoma to connect it? Also, I need to disable the camera's internal wifi. How to do that pls? Local 2.4GHz wifi is too congested to connect.

Here's something you can try to do:
  1. To connect your IMOU Ranger 2 to Exoma, you should be able to add it as an IP camera. Make sure the camera and your Linux device are on the same network.
  2. Disabling the internal wifi might be trickier. It's generally controlled in the camera settings, but this varies by model. Check the manual or manufacturer's website for specifics.
  3. For the congestion issue, you might want to consider changing the wifi channel for your 2.4GHz network. It could help improve connectivity.
