how to use INTERNET and konica minlota same time by ip adrees

i am using konica minolta by lan card and also using Internet now the problem is i am using a data switch but every time when i have to use Internet the IP must be on auto and when using my printer IP will change to 192.168.100.100 the same way every time. i am tired to do this can any one help me that how can i use both of them same time without changing IP addresses every time Plz if you can. then Help me.

You shouldn't have to use a static IP, the konica should broadcast its netbios name a PC with the correct driver will recognize.

Add second IP address to the network adapter so that you can "talk" to the Minolta.
Or configure the printer to use an IP address from the same DHCP range.
Of (if your router supports that) - add a static route to your Minolta' IP address.
