Question How to use jumper to set RGB Led Voltage?

Hello,

I'm trying to turn on the RGB for my front fans. I plugged in the 4 pin connector to the LED_2 header, but nothing happens when I turn on the PC. I have attached some pics to show what I mean. The manual says I need to set the LED_2 header accordingly. I think I'm supposed to use 5V. If I do need to use the jumper, what cables do I use?
