How to use monitor with pc speakers

I'm going to be getting a new monitor soon
The one I'm looking at is the AOC i2369VM for €160, is it a good monitor for playing games on?

I want to use my PC and PS3 connected to it with HDMI, and use a set of Logitech z323 2.1 pc speakers that has a 3.5mm to do the sound for both PC and PS3, not use the built in monitor speakers

Would I plug the speakers into the black headphone jack or the green line out in this pic of the monitors connections? or how would I get the sound from both to go to the pc speakers and not the built in ones?

Im not sure how the monitor works but I would expect that the headphone jack will disable the built in speakers and the line out would not. But just try both you cant do any harm to the monitor or speakers by plugging the speakers into the wrong port
