How to use MVP Vurtue thing

I then tried downloading that MVP thing and that worked, but on restart my screen just stayed black after the loading logo, so I had to do a system restore to a day before, so how do I use this thing lol, I want to use it especially if it will give me some extra fps because why not right/

Windows 8.1 64 bit
Asus Sabertooth Z77
i5 3570k
GTX 660

Tried 3 times now, all times I've had to do a system restore. Last time I installed it when it asks to restart I clicked no, found the program and it opened up fine, moment I restart after windows logo screen it just don't load, although my monitor don't lose signal.
